Signet of Fortification
2 second casting time
10 second recharge time
Signet. Target ally is healed for 10...43 health and gains +10 armor for 5 seconds. (Protection Prayers).

I've been wanting a protection prayer signet since all of the other prayers have signets.
Also you will notice the 5 second part. If fortification were to work as a name, I thought some extra armor would be nice. So it could work like an unstrippable enchantment, just for 5 seconds though.

no, at one second cast it would be overpowered.... just look at [skill]Signet of Devotion[/skill]

I really dont like healing skills under protection prayers (ZB is just in the completely wrong place.

Instead, I would make it - The Next 5-47 damage recieved by target ally is negated, and that ally has +10 armour while this skill is active.

So the +10 armour ends with the damage reduction, but unlike enchants it remains in place untill the damage has been done.

So the signet works for one attack? A really gimped RoF?
I don't even think this skill would be used in PvE if that were the case.

Overpowered or not, I just hate casting 2 second signets :]

I agree with bhavv's idea. change the description to read

For 5 seconds the next 5...47 damage on target ally is negated and that ally has +10 armor.

keep the cast time and signet status though
